How do I know if I need physical therapy / How do I know if you can help me?
All you have to do is ask! Use the booking link to schedule a 15-minute virtual phone call. To do this, select the Book Consultation button then select “Complimentary Virtual Consult or Phone Call” and follow the on-screen instructions to confirm your appointment.
During this consultation, Dr. Kerry Ojeda will talk to you about your unique needs before deciding on next steps together.
Where are your Manhattan & Westchester studios located?
Our Manhattan studio is centrally located at 119 W 23 Street, Suite 804
New York City, NY 10011. That’s on 23rd and 6th, steps away from the F, M, 1 and Path Trains.
Our Westchester location is .25 miles from the Harrison Train Station, located at 75 Calvert Street, Harrison, NY 10528, inside the LYFT gym. There is Street Parking.
Do you take insurance?
Only if you have out of network benefits. Dr. Kerry Ojeda is not contracted to provide in-network care through KO Physical Therapy.
What if I cannot afford physical therapy?
Although you may not afford several sessions of physical therapy, it is encouraged to invest in at least one session. You will be given life long advice and placed on a home program to self-manage your condition.
What if I have medicare, no fault or worker’s compensation?
Dr. Kerry Ojeda is unable to accept medicare, no fault or worker’s compensation.
Virtual physical therapy? What are the benefits of virtual PT?
Virtual physical therapy is a service provided by a physical therapist, over a technology platform such as video or phone, instead of an in-person visit.
Remote healing is convenient and reliable. By scheduling an appointment with a physical therapist remotely, your problem can be quickly evaluated.

Is virtual physical therapy covered by insurance?
Your insurance carrier may cover tele-health. Please complete this form with your insurance information (Member ID and Plan Number). We will call and verify whether your insurance carrier covers tele-health and will get back to you within 24 hours.
Do I need to download any software or an app for my virtual consultation?
Once a virtual consultation has been scheduled with KO Physical Therapy, you will receive a unique HIPAA compliant secure web link via email. You do not need to download any software to use this secure platform on a computer or laptop. If opening the web link via a mobile device, you will be asked to download the Telehealth app by Simple Practice.
